Community Meditation Classes
Join us for a gentle, guided New Moon community meditation. We will do a short yoga practice, followed by a guided relaxation and a guided meditation. This class is for all levels, regardless of experience in yoga or meditation. If you are totally new to either, please come a little early to get oriented and set up with your meditation posture.
